Jolly Sailor Brewery was established in 2012, beginning life in the village of Riccall before moving to its current home in Selby at the Olympia Hotel. From traditional bitters and milds to stouts, pale ales and experimental specials, the brewery produces a wide range of beers for local drinkers and beyond.
